Professionals (referred to as "partners") register on HealhF5 (registered as Gronnect) and list their services. Users can browse services available within a radius (based on geotagging), book a fitness partner, and make payments through the platform.
HealthF5 is only a platform and not a direct service provider. All services are delivered by our onboard partner professionals or partner businesses who operate independently.
We only onboard the best fitness professional. All our partners undergo a verification process during onboarding. We collect user feedback and ratings after each service, which helps maintain quality and accountability.
We aim to support UPI, credit/debit cards, wallets, and net banking—providing maximum flexibility to end users.
